Refund policy

At miadollhouse.com, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund and exchange service under the following conditions:

All requests for returns and refunds must be made within 30 days of receiving your purchase, either by emailing contact@miadollhouse.com or through our "Contact Us" page. (Please note that returns due to non-objective reasons affecting resale are not accepted.)

Please provide your order number and the reason for your return or refund request. We will review your request and will communicate further via email once it has been approved.

Refunds can only be requested for purchases made on miadollhouse.com. If you purchased from another website, please contact them directly to handle your refund.

Items on sale are non-returnable.

Returns must be in their original packaging and condition, and must include the receipt.

For returns due to personal reasons, we do not cover the cost of return shipping.

Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product, please do not dispose of the packaging. Contact us, and we will ensure it is handled appropriately. You will need to provide:

  • Your order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Photographs of the damaged packaging or product
  • The correct delivery address

We will arrange for a free replacement of the damaged item. However, any damage caused by the customer will incur an additional replacement fee.

Refund Processing Time
Once your return has arrived and been inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received the item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once your package has been received, we will process your refund within 36 hours.

Please note that your bank may take additional time to process the refund. If you have any questions regarding when you will receive your refund, please contact your bank for further details.

Modifying or Cancelling Orders
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 2 days of placing your order. We will process your request upon receiving your message. Please be aware that orders that have already been dispatched cannot be modified or cancelled.

Important: Before returning your package, please contact us at contact@miadollhouse.com. We will arrange the refund. Please note that we can only provide after-sales service within 3 months of package delivery. Thank you for your understanding.
